Michelle Moore is a Seattle-based creative and entrepreneur who has owned and operated multiple businesses over the past two decades. In 2019 she launched blaksands, a curated vintage clothing shop. In 2023 she opened Halite as a creative retail space where she sold her wares, in addition to hosting classes and events. Halite closed in late 2024 - but Michelle continues to find other ways to support her community by hosting events and pop-ups around the city.
When she is not busy traveling for work, running an event or sourcing for the shop - she can be found working on photography projects for select clients.
She loves to utilize her creativity and big-picture thinking to engage the local small business community - bringing people and business together in meaningful ways.
