Introducing the Vintage Military Liner CROP jacket - a classic Military Liner, re-imagined into the perfect light-weight crop jacket for Spring & Summer.
This idea brings forth all the things I have noticed from selling dozens of these over the years. And because you are always asking “why they don’t have pockets” - we added some for you. My local seamstress brought this vision to life SO PERFECTLY and I am excited to bring a brand new concept to a tried and true vintage staple.
The Military Liner is a best-seller in my vintage store. Everyone loves them, and everyone can find a way to easily incorporate it with their style. I love when you try on a few, and find the magic unicorn of color and size that fits just perfect.
They have vents in the armpits - and typically do not have buttons or pockets - as they would button INTO a parka or jacket as an added layer. We have seen brands, fashion houses, and curators re-create, re-make and re-work this style for decades. Somehow I have yet to see a true vintage piece turned into a crop?
Each jacket has been cropped, and spot repaired and had 2 front pockets added ( because you are always asking for a pocket on these! ) Such a cute and fun update to your Spring and Summer wardrobe.
The cost of this jacket reflects the time and energy to source each one ( I hand pick them myself ) and to fairly pay a local seamstress for her talent and expertise to crop, repair and add pockets to each jacket.
By the time you have finished reading this - the mini collection of ONLY THREE jackets are now live on the website. Head here to shop and find the perfect fit!
You can explore the entire REWORKED collection online, or swing by in-person at one of our up-coming events and pop-up markets. I’m also more than happy to answer any sizing or styling questions before making your purchase.
