Chicago - here we come!!
September kicks off with a mini tour of Chicago for Renegade Craft AND a cute preview night at Wilderhouse. Then we head home to Seattle where you can find us at our favorite coffee shop - with so many cute high quality vintage pieces to get you ready for fall and back-to-school season. Plus a full color range of the Beanie ( and maybe a special edition too? )
Take a scroll to learn about each event - and please help us spread the word to our mid-west friends as we would love this to be a success for all - the businesses we are partnering with and our fellow-makers and vendor friends who will be there as well!
I am completely enamored with Chicago - and am excited to start building up a community of people in the mid-west as we grow and expand our business across the US. There’s something magical about this city and it has been calling my name over the past few years. I am so excited to have an opportunity to be there for work and for fun!! Will you help us make this dream a reality?
Our fall & winter schedule is almost fully planned out however we have a little bit of room to add a few additional events around the PNW. We’d love to pop-up at your boutique, wine bar or cafe with our Beanies + Vintage. Please email me to chat!
Friday September 5th from 2 - 5pm at Wilderhouse ( Chicago )
Wicker Park | 1339 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60622
Come find me ( and discover a maybe new to you shop ) on the Friday before Renegade for a sneak peek and private shopping experience at Wilderhouse in Wicker Park.
This is perfect for those who can’t make it to Renegade, who want to avoid the crowds, and want to get first dibs on the very best vintage ( and Beanies ) we are bringing to the midwest.
Tell your friends, make a date - and stop by one of my favorite places to eat, or take a stroll on down to Division Street for a night out.
Swing by and get first dibs on our newest batch of re-worked crop military liners, re-worked OG 107 shirts, paper thin and so soft vintage tees, our customer favorite Wrangler snap chambrays, the Beanie, the Bandana and more! See you there?
Saturday & Sunday September 6th & 7th from 11am - 7pm at Renegade Craft
Wicker Park | Division St. between Damen + Ashland, Chicago, IL 60622
find me at Booth #106 right on the corner of Damen and Wolcott - which is close to Altar Home & Cafe ( but across the street )
I’m so excited to finally get to do this market - it’s been a dream for the past two years to figure out how to make this cross-country event a reality. So many of my vendor friends will be in attendance as well; from Hemleva of Seattle to A Question of Eagles from Indiana - I hope if you are in town you will stop by and explore the wonderful world of Renegade in one of my very favorite cities.
before we leave the topic of Chicago - please be sure to check out and save my “Seattle Girl’s Guide to Vintage in Chicago” from June, 2025!
Saturday September 27th from 10am - 2pm at Homage Coffee
Ballard | 5000 20th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107
I invite you to come hang with me at Homage - Ballard’s newest little coffee shop! Located in a breathtaking corner brick building - Homage is right on Ballard Ave, a little South of where the Farmer’s market starts.
Clinton and Rachel are hosting us monthly - and we will be out front every last saturday with fresh curated vintage ( clothing for men + women ), our hand-knit Beanies, collected and found objects, and other small goods ( aka socks + hair clips ).
I am SO proud of my friends Rachel & Clinton for bringing their dream of owning a coffee shop / cafe to life. Rachel is a extremely talented ceramicist and makes all the mugs for the cafe. You can even shop a curated selected of her ceramics in store ( I own a handful of her mugs ). Check out Hot Cold Heavy Light on Instagram to see her work.
Be sure to make a plan to swing on by - check out the pieces you have been eyeing online, and chat about life. Every month I have met REALLY lovely people here - you can tell that Rachel & Clinton bring a very positive and special vibe to Ballard.
Check out our full 2025 event calendar - we are currently seeking spaces to host events in new neighborhoods from Seattle to Portland and Northern California.
Our goal for this up-coming winter season is to add at least 5 new stockists to our Beanie Wholesale accounts - with a major focus on San Francisco, Chicago, Vancouver, Milwaukee and Toronto. If you have a favorite boutique in one of these cities ( or maybe a different one ) we’d love to know about it. We pay a commission for any new accounts opened if you connect us directly with someone you know. Please email your ideas!
Michelle Moore is a Seattle-based creative, vintage curator, photographer, writer and educator. You can catch her at an up-coming pop-up, swing by on a night she’s hosting at the restaurant in Ballard, order one of her hand-knit Beanies, or hire her to host & plan your next event.
connecting you with good clothes + good people.
